For more than 20 years, I've helped people build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in their bodies through Pilates. But after turning 40, despite exercising, teaching Pilates, and doing everything "right," my body stopped responding the way it used to.

I gained weight, felt inflamed and exhausted, struggled with recovery, and even developed tremors as my nervous system became increasingly overwhelmed.

My search for answers led me beyond traditional fitness into functional nutrition, hormonal health, and a more sustainable approach to strength-building.

Today, I am certified as a functional nutrition coach, and I combine everything I've learned through my own journey with two decades of teaching experience to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more like themselves again.
